Mainland UK courier charges apply to England, Wales and parts of Scotland. The Highlands and Islands, off-shore islands (including the Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man), Northern Ireland and Channel Islands are all subject to a delivery premium, as are some parts of Scotland. Every product that you see online is in stock.
In the rare occasion that a product is out of stock we will endeavour to contact you by email or telephone as soon as possible to discuss your options and, where necessary, arrange a refund or exchange for a different product.
We aim to dispatch your order on the day of purchase (excluding Weekends) and most deliveries are made within three days.

If we have under-priced any item(s) in error, we will not be liable to supply that item(s) to you at the stated price. All prices shown are in UK Sterling and include VAT at the current UK rate unless otherwise stated.
Returns policy
Four Four operates a 'No fault' returns policy.
You can cancel your purchase up to 7 days before delivery or 7 days after delivery of your purchased product.
You can return the product to us in person or by post. You must include your receipt or a photocopy of the receipt with the item.

Conditions.
Your product must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition. It should be returned in the original box, packing with any included accessories.
Pre-recorded videotapes and DVDs must be returned sealed.
Any 'Free Gifts' received with any product must also be returned.
We make no charge if you return the product to our store in person.
If you choose another method you must bear any postage or courier costs.
We will not cancel your purchase if you return your product without proof of purchase or if the goods were a special order to your specification.
Return of faulty goods guidelines.
We will always offer you the choice of an exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 28 days of delivery.
Wherever possible we will respond to your individual circumstances. Most goods, except consumables, are guaranteed by the manufacturers against faulty materials or workmanship for twelve months. Some products may be guaranteed for longer.
If/when the guarantee is at the manufacturers’ discretion, we will act as their agents to seek a repair or replacement.
To qualify for a refund or exchange, the product must be in 'as new' condition, complete with any accessories and/or free gifts offered with it and where possible, the original box and packaging.
The guarantee does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear, nor consumable items unless there is clear evidence of manufacturing fault.
THIS RETURNS POLICY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.
